Account basics: signing up, signing in, and resetting your password
What signing up gets you, how to sign in, password recovery, and how to delete your account.
ReadyPixl works without an account β guest mode lets you do up to 10 batches per day. Signing up is free, takes 30 seconds, and gets you more.
What an account gets you
Both are free. The account gets you more usage and the ability to use ReadyPixl from multiple devices.
Signing up
- Click Sign in in the top-right corner of the editor (the link says "sign in" but it leads to both options)
- On the sign-in page, click Sign up (or "Create account")
- Enter your email
- Set a password (or use a sign-in option like Google, depending on what's available on the day you sign up)
- Confirm your email if asked (we'll send a confirmation link)
You're in. Your account follows you across devices.
Signing in
Same flow:
- Click Sign in in the top-right
- Enter your email and password
- Or use a one-click sign-in option (Google, etc.) if available
Once signed in, the top-right shows your initials or avatar. Click for account settings, billing, sign out.
Forgot your password?
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link
- Click the link, set a new password
- Sign in with the new password
If you don't get the email within a few minutes, check spam, then try the reset link again. If it still doesn't work, use the Feedback link in the help center to reach support.
Changing your password
- Click your avatar / initials in the top-right
- Account settings β Password
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Save
Changing your email
- Account settings β Email
- Enter your new email
- We'll send a confirmation link to the new address β click it to verify
- Once verified, your account uses the new email
Your old email stops working as a sign-in once the change is verified.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account anytime β no questions asked.
- Account settings β Delete account
- Confirm the deletion
- Your account, your saved presets, and your run history are removed
This can't be undone. If you change your mind later, you'd have to sign up fresh β but your old data is gone for good.
Managing your subscription (if you have a paid tier)
If you've upgraded to the Chrome extension or desktop app:
- Click your avatar β Billing
- View your current plan
- Update payment method, cancel subscription, or upgrade tier
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period β you keep access until then
For more on what each paid tier costs and includes, see What ReadyPixl costs.
Privacy with your account
When you sign up:
- We store your email and a hashed password (we can't see your actual password)
- Your saved presets and run history are stored securely in our database for sync across devices
- Your images are NOT stored β they're processed in your browser and never uploaded (with the exception of the paid AI tools, which are clearly labeled and call outside AI services)
- We don't sell your email, share it with third parties, or send marketing without your permission

Common questions
Q: Do I need to verify my email to use my account? A: Some features (saving presets, syncing across devices) require email verification. Day-to-day use of the editor works immediately after signup.
Q: Can I use ReadyPixl with multiple email addresses for different purposes? A: Yes. Each email = a separate account with its own presets and history. Useful if you keep work and personal projects separate.
Q: I'm signed in but my presets aren't showing up. A: Make sure you're signed in with the email you used originally. Different email = different account = different preset library. Check the avatar in the top-right.
Q: Can someone else use my account? A: Technically yes, but it's against our terms of service to share accounts. Each person should have their own free account.
